|Recommended: YesThe best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Location, perfect, the complex is always kept clean, it’s surprisingly quiet, and apartments are very well built. As far as the staff here, every person I’ve have had to deal with has been fantastic Always kind and professional, and any maintenance issues have always been taken care of almost immediately. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience here

|Recommended: YesWe are starting our third year with Van Allen and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The apartments are very user friendly and the staff very responsive to meeting the every day needs and comfort of residents. The maintenance staff goes the extra mile in both responding to issues quickly and efficiently. Van Allen's location provides quick and easy access to shopping resources, medical care, restaurants and everything a family needs for good day to day life. The club house group facilities are excellent and provide a great place to host family or group functions at a very low cost. As someone who hasn't lived in an apartment style environment in close to 50 years, I am very pleased with the Van Allen experience

|Recommended: YesClean, welcoming and overall a generally nice place to live. — A great pet friendly community, and the neighbors are all cheerful and welcoming. The walk-through of the apartment during the initial move-in was great, because any issues that might have happened during turn over were brought up and there was no question as to what item did what and how it worked. It is pricey, however, you get good quality for what you are paying for. This is a community I look forward to staying with for quite a while.

|Recommended: YesPet Friendly and Great Apartments — I love that they are pet friendly here, it's nice that they offer so many options as a pet owner. The maintenance staff are fast and friendly. Since moving here my bf and I haven't had any issues. The apartments themselves also have a lot of storage space so it's easy to keep all of our stuff in the apartment with minimal clutter. I've never had an issue with parking and the gym and the clubhouse is great and easy to get to.

The staff care about residents and would do everything possible to make living in the community a beautiful experience. Serving the community with breakfast and barbecue is a great way to show appreciation and support and that the staff cares. They have done fantastic job. Great work.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Community — The staff at Van Allen has made our move extremely easy and comfortable. They been attentive and prompt with taking care of any questions or issues we may have. The no restriction pet policy allowed us to bring our pets, and they have been welcomed by many The apartment is beautiful Maintenance is prompt with fixing any issues that come up. Everyone here is welcoming and friendly.
|Recommended: YesTook a tour.. — Had a wonderful tour by Alyssa, the property manager. She was very kind, patient, and helpful, as I had not lived in an apartment in over 10 years. I am so very excited that we will be living here soon

|Recommended: YesGreat Customer Service — My family and I took a tour with Alyssa and were blown away The apartments are gorgeous, and the builders didn’t skip a beat in the designing of the units. So much attention to detail Very large, spacious units, and beautiful grounds. Alyssa was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions throughly. My family and I felt very welcomed and valued by her, and as a result we decided to proceed with the application process.
