|Recommended: YesKitchen hardware — One of our drawers fell out. Management was right there quickly to fix it. The lock on the apartment door malfunctioned of course on a weekend and we really had to get back in. Fixes within 15 minutes

The staff is beyond helpful, Alyssa is always so eager to help make living at the Van Allen apartments better, and Chris is such a great asset to the complex he is very hard working, always in a great mood and respondes to maintenance orders extremely quickly
|Recommended: YesLuxury at a Reasonable Price — We enjoyed our time at Van Allen Apartments. The staff is always very kind and very attentive. All apartment communities will likely face their share of maintenance, but not all apartment communities will make you a priority. I slept well knowing that we were protected by a state of the art entryway security system, too. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we have recommended the complex to friends who were impressed by our experiences, too
|Recommended: YesResident — My overall experience at the Van Allen Apartment complex has been great. The grounds are well kept, even with construction going on. It is awesone having the clubhouse which includes a clean fitness center, pool, entertainment area with TV, furniture and kitchen. The staff are very friendly and responsive. Communication is great and any maintenance needs are taken care of in a timely and successful manner. Great location.

Here are some major benefits that we enjoy
Our apartment is all on one floor. Having no stairs made moving in and moving things out a breeze. More importantly we have children so not worrying about stairs is amazing.
You'll get a wow factor with the kitchen set up. It's beautiful.
When ever you need something adjusted or fixed the grounds keepers are amazing This really is a great community.

|Recommended: Yes5 Stars a crossed the board — This might be oversharinf but I recently became separated and needed a place to continue the next chapter of my life. Van Allen Apts and their staff has ve been more than accommodating. This is perfect for me and my son who u have part time. I strongly recommend these apartments.

|Recommended: YesReally impressed with this complex — This is a very nice dog-friendly community. Another positive is that this is a smoke free community.
The apartments are spacious with great kitchens and lots of granite counter space. I wish the stove was glass top, but that's ok. Maintenance is right on top of any issue. There is very little noise 1 noisy neighbor - not bad .

Staff were very friendly and any maintenance issue resolved very fast and all major convenient stores, Gas stations and restaurants under 2 mile radius. only concerns there is no play area for children. apart from this it's a perfect place to live.
